Suzie Q’s Macerated Fruit Salad

  • 1 Basket Strawberries
  • 1 Basket Blueberries
  • 1 Mango, peeled and cut into small chunks (2 ataulfo)
  • 1 Orange, Peeled and segments removed
  • ¼ Pineapple, cut into small chunks
  • ¼ Cantaloupe or honeydew, cut into small chunks
  • 1 Cup Grapes, cut in half
  • 10 Mint Leaves, thin sliced
  • 1 Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 Tbsp Honey

Toss all ingredients together and let sit for at least 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

This salad does not keep well for more than a few hours, so best to toss it just before you need to serve. (Make a show of preparing it on the spot.)
