Suzie Q’s Macerated Fruit Salad

- 1 Basket Strawberries
- 1 Basket Blueberries
- 1 Mango, peeled and cut into small chunks (2 ataulfo)
- 1 Orange, Peeled and segments removed
- ¼ Pineapple, cut into small chunks
- ¼ Cantaloupe or honeydew, cut into small chunks
- 1 Cup Grapes, cut in half
- 10 Mint Leaves, thin sliced
- 1 Lemon, Juiced
- 1 Tbsp Honey
Toss all ingredients together and let sit for at least 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
This salad does not keep well for more than a few hours, so best to toss it just before you need to serve. (Make a show of preparing it on the spot.)
