The club is organizing a bulk buy from General Bottle Supply in Los Angeles for honey jars. Several members have used General Bottle Supply and praise the quality of their jars. A bulk order is cheaper and saves money on shipping costs. The club tries to break even on the cost, and not make any profit.

- The order deadline is Wednesday, March 11, 2026. You order here on our website.
- You pay the club via PayPal or credit card when you order.
- The club will place a bulk order with the supplier on Thursday, March 12 to ensure we receive our order in time to process and deliver to you.
- You must pick up your jars either at the April 14 meeting in San Leandro (preferred), or between April 15 – 19 by arrangement from pickup points at club member volunteers in Castro Valley or Berkeley. (We aren’t shipping or delivering them to you, even if PayPal asks you for a “shipping address”.)
- We can’t offer refunds (except for broken jars or something like that).
- This is run by member volunteers to help other members, so please be polite and friendly even if things don’t go smoothly the first time.
You can choose from different types of jars and lids. Sizes are listed by fluid ounces, with approximate honey weight in the description. For example, a 9 fluid ounce jar usually holds about 12 ounces of honey by weight. Price includes jars, lids, and the tax and shipping we pay to the bottle company.
