Randy Oliver Workshop 2023

This very popular workshop with Randy Oliver has been sponsored by ACBA for many years. Randy recently passed the family beekeeping operation on to his sons, so now spends full-time developing practical applications for both commercial and hobbyist beekeepers, reviewing drafts and writing articles. At the lunch break, the full-day attendees will get directions to the bee yard for the afternoon hands-on session.

8:30 to noon lecture session

• managing for a healthy, productive bee colony, 
• progress reports of his current research on nutrition, mite management, mite resistant stocks, and 
• other topics of interest. 

Check-in from 8 to 8:30 am. Refreshments will be provided. 

Lunch is on your own. Some lunch options are available near Manor Blvd and Farrnsworth St. 5 min. away.

Afternoon hands-on session

After lunch, the All-day attendees join Randy in a near by bee-yard.
